They did a great job, workers were professional and respectful. They take their time to do good work. A few minor details were overlooked but I won’t subtract a star for them. 1) the cutout for the trench / media box they installed had an electrical wire running through it so they had to hide it behind the trench. I believe most stud finders can locate electrical cables, but every house is different and they communicated the issue to me which was appreciated. 2) i asked for cat 6a and got cat 6 installed. Not a huge problem since the runs weren't more than 50 meters, but it is nice to get what you ask for. 3) pricing wasn't communicated clearly. They quote you for the drops only then there are a bunch of additional charges that come as a surprise at the end. 4) any house wired with ethernet will likely want patch panels installed, or they should ask and confirm if thats what you want when setting up the appointment. It should not be considered a last minute ‘curveball’ to have the lines terminated professionally. No one wants a steel tube with 15 loose cables dangling around. It should be assumed the customer wants a clean and professional install and quotes should be based on that. Then the customer can eliminate the pretty things to save money if they don't want em. Just my 2 cents. To be clear I would absolutely do business with them again.

Top notch company. Johann was really methodical about identifying the root issue of our complicated wifi set-up and then offering a practical and cost effective solution. I had a prior company come out (which i had used before and trusted) that told me to replace everything. johann was very up front about what he could salvage, what had to be replaced, and helped me to understand when my current tech for our internet might go obsolete or become too slow for recent tech. I will absolutely call them again for my needs and recommend them to others.

Wow!!! From the moment I reached out in panic needing outdoor speakers installed in 2-3 days before turf was complete, I know that I made the right choice going with WH Smarthome. I needed help with install for some in ceiling speakers and the team at WH SmartHome was able to deliver. After some discussions of what I needed done via email, they were able to come out quickly and get the speakers wired and installed in an hour. The crew was fast and efficient, while keeping the room tidy from debris when cutting the speaker holes in the ceiling.

I recently had WH SmartHome complete a home network upgrade/retrofit and a home sound automation installation. The quote process was quick, had every piece of equipment and service broken down and priced separately. We discussed each part of the quote and I was presented multiple options. Settled on a build that I wanted and was comfortable with considering my budget. Install was on-time and the crews were very nice, I had people and pets around, and they did everything to make sure we were all comfortable during the process. During the networking, we had to make some changes because of the house. I was presented with multiple options and felt confident making all of the decisions that went into my house. You can trust that everything they tell you in the sales process is absolutely true. No exaggeration here. They are very knowledgeable. Everything in the proposal came out exact on the prices. The quality of their work cannot be outdone. Their staff is great. That is always a concern when having work done in your home. It does take time but that's because it is a huge amount of work to do things right. The owner, Johann is very involved (he LOVES what he does) and that makes all of the difference. You cannot go wrong. I got three quotes. The other two were a waist of time.

The crew came out and did an excellent job! We had two PoE cameras mounted outside, a smart doorbell installed, a bunch of cat7 terminations, and a wifi routed mounted to the ceiling as well.

Wow. Just WOW! If I could give additional stars I would! Johann and his team were able install a motorized TV Mantle Mount on my tile fireplace, and also patch a hole left by the versa box that was originally placed by the builder. They did a beautiful job! Johann answered all my questions from start to finish, explained things in a way that made sense to a non-tech person, and never made me feel stupid for all my questions. My only wish is that I had found him sooner. I had purchased the wrong equipment, wired my house wrong, and installed a versa box which left a hole in my fireplace (all because Tollbrothers had rushed me through the process or frankly gave me the wrong info to start). Johann never acted frustrated that he was dealing with a less than ideal situation. He never showed frustration with the situation, but simply offered me astute work-arounds and solutions. It's obvious that he takes pride in his work and his craft. You can tell he truly enjoys finding solutions and making customers happy. Moreover, it was obvious that Johann takes great pride in the incredible team he has built. Communication between him and all his team members was seamless. Each of the four members that showed up for the install were not only knowledgeable, but they were also kind and respectful. They treated my house with care, cleaned up any messes from the install, and asked if there was anything else they could do to help. Not once did they make me feel rushed for asking questions. It's clear they love their jobs. Expect to get excellent service, immediate and clear communication, and fair prices. I called three other companies who were not as knowledgeable, could not do the job, or did not provide great solutions. Don't bother wasting your time, go straight to WH technologies! Johan was horrible to deal with. I paid over $1200 for network. He rarely responded. And when he did he assumed he was IT and could troubleshoot the problem. I asked him to come by multiple times to come by to fix my network and he never would.

After a long research, being very new to Texas-Dallas, i finally arrived to try calling WHS and being a audiophile myself and good bit of knowledge around the AV domain i was fully prepared to manage setting up my Home Cinema with little help possible. Well to my surprise the first connect with Johann white house was simply a breeze to go with, he not only had the knowledge around what he was talking about but a such immense depth of experience to make all my questions and queries be the top priority and came back to me just not with answers but solutions which was simply fitting my pocket. Scheduled service to get my Roku/ You Tube Tv and surround sound that had stopped working after a power outage. Service tech got all re wired and installed a new Roku and now working better than it ever did. I had probably spent several hours trying to re start all with no success . They had TV down and reinstalled in no time and left the area all clean. Really did a great job. And we are very happy with the results. To add ended up getting a new receiver and sub woofer recommit Yohann and led me in the right direction to complete our surround sound system. All installed and met our schedule and needs. I had WH Technologies design, plan, and completely re-cable my existing home for a new Ethernet Network. My old cabling was a total mess. Danny brought his team here and did the most fantastic job I could have ever imagined. They were outstanding and worked diligently and very professionally.
