Great Service. Worked with me for two days after installation to hep fix an issue with my wifi. Ended up being a firewall/vpn issue but he was responsive and helpful throughout the process. Fast fast response time. Professional. Highly recommend.

I needed help with install for some in ceiling speakers and the team at WH SmartHome was able to deliver. After some discussions of what I needed done via email, they were able to come out quickly and get the speakers wired and installed in an hour. The crew was fast and efficient, while keeping the room tidy from debris when cutting the speaker holes in the ceiling.

After a long research, being very new to Texas-Dallas, i finally arrived to try calling WHS and being a audiophile myself and good bit of knowledge around the AV domain i was fully prepared to manage setting up my Home Cinema with little help possible. Well to my surprise the first connect with Johann white house was simply a breeze to go with, he not only had the knowledge around what he was talking about but a such immense depth of experience to make all my questions and queries be the top priority and came back to me just not with answers but solutions which was simply fitting my pocket. Spent three months just planning and preparing since i was particular with what goes in the cinema i must say he had all the patience in the world to help me go in right direction with his advises. Finally once i got ready , he and his team made it happen - to my view one of the best sounding and a visual treat to enjoy my time. Top notch company. Johann was really methodical about identifying the root issue of our complicated wifi set-up and then offering a practical and cost effective solution. I had a prior company come out (which i had used before and trusted) that told me to replace everything. johann was very up front about what he could salvage, what had to be replaced, and helped me to understand when my current tech for our internet might go obsolete or become too slow for recent tech. I will absolutely call them again for my needs and recommend them to others.

Wow!!! From the moment I reached out in panic needing outdoor speakers installed in 2-3 days before turf was complete, I know that I made the right choice going with WH Smarthome. Very professional company, with competitive pricing. I would highly recommend using WH Smart Home for any smart home needs in the future, I know I will be using them.

They did a great job, workers were professional and respectful. They take their time to do good work. A few minor details were overlooked but I won’t subtract a star for them. 1) the cutout for the trench / media box they installed had an electrical wire running through it so they had to hide it behind the trench. I believe most stud finders can locate electrical cables, but every house is different and they communicated the issue to me which was appreciated. 2) i asked for cat 6a and got cat 6 installed. Not a huge problem since the runs weren't more than 50 meters, but it is nice to get what you ask for. 3) pricing wasn't communicated clearly. They quote you for the drops only then there are a bunch of additional charges that come as a surprise at the end. 4) any house wired with ethernet will likely want patch panels installed, or they should ask and confirm if thats what you want when setting up the appointment. It should not be considered a last minute ‘curveball’ to have the lines terminated professionally. No one wants a steel tube with 15 loose cables dangling around. It should be assumed the customer wants a clean and professional install and quotes should be based on that. Then the customer can eliminate the pretty things to save money if they don't want em. Just my 2 cents. To be clear I would absolutely do business with them again.

The call with Danny, service technician, was very professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to have in our home. We are very happy Savant recommended WH Technologies to assist us with our Savant system. We will definitely recommend them to our neighbors who have Savant in their homes.

Impeccable company to work with.

I wanted to get all my audio and video setup properly in my home. I had at first done it myself and things weren't working out well. I hired WH SmartHome to work on that and intégrate it all in a way that was useful and worked correctly. I had heard of Smart Homes, but really wasn't too informed about them. WH SmartHome gave me all the information about how home automátion can not only intégrate all the systems in my home but also why it would help me achieve what I was looking for. In the end, they implemented a great system, got my whole home audio working together with my video and all in a single app. I would definitely hire them again and look forward to more integrations!
